It is with great please that PNZ announce Tauranga BOP Petanque Club will host the 2018 TransTasman Challenge on the 17 and 18th March 2018.    Their new club facilities should be ideal for such a fantastic international event.

National Mixed Doubles, change of venue

Christchurch Petanque Club announce that unfortunately the new terrains will not be playable by the National Mixed Doubles Championship, so the competition will be at their old terrain with marquees and porta loos. Frustrating, but we will be able to go and have a look at the new facility and perhaps (if they make enough progress next week) throw a few boules.

Final results of 2017 Club Championship

The 2017 Clubs Championship end in a close race between Herne Bay Red and Vikings who both ended up on 45 points, but on tie breaker (Buchholz) Herne Bay took the final honours.    The senior competition was also a tight race between Northcote Blue and Kennedy Park, with Northcote winning.
