PNZ Annual General Meeting

The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held as a Virtual Meeting on Saturday, 15 August 2020 at 1:30pm

Business to be transacted will include:

  • Approval of the Minutes of the 2019 AGM
  • President’s report for the year ended 31/12/19
  • Presentation of the financial statements for the year ended 31/12/19
  • Approval of membership fees
  • Election of Executive Members


1. Attendance at Meeting

Club Representatives, and any member wishing to join the meeting should email the Secretary, advising the name and email address to which the link should be sent.

2. Membership Fees

The Executive will recommend that membership fees remain at $20 per person for the 2021/22 financial year.

3. Executive Members

Nominations are called for the 6 Executive positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and up to two others). Nomination forms were sent to all Clubs in January 2020, and again with this Notice. The revised closing date for nominations is 1 st August 2020.

4. Remits

Any Club or member wishing to have a remit presented to the AGM should submit it to the Secretary as soon as possible, and by 3rd August 2020 at the latest.

Remits will be advised to Clubs as they come to hand, and a final notice advising the details of any remits/motions will be sent to Clubs one week before the AGM.
