NZ is hosting the Oceania Championship - Can you or your club help?

Petanque New Zealand is hosting the 2017 Oceania Championship at Christchurch Petanque Club on 25-29 October 2017.   As we need to fund players and officials accommodation and food during the tournament as well as all other aspects of hosting an international event, it is going to be hugely expensive to host and we are hoping that members, clubs and regions around NZ will be willing to help us out, either with a donation of time during the event, a donation of money (any amount is helpful), or taking up one of our sponsorship deals.   The attached letter explains it all, but if you want further information, please do not hesitate to contact either the secretary Barbara Whittington, or the President Stefany Frost.    This letter has been sent to club secretaries as well.
