PNZ has decided to institute a series of
Regional Awards to recognise and celebrate
achievement in our sport both on the piste and
“behind the scenes”.
The initial categories are:

Volunteer of the Year
-
Official of the Year
-
Player of the Year
-
Team of the Year
Awards will be given in each Region (Upper North
Island, Lower North Island, Canterbury/Tasman &
Southern)
Nominations are now open, and should be
forwarded to your Regional Delegate (contact
details below)
Either individuals or Clubs can make
nominations. Please send the name of the
person(s), their Club, and a brief reason why
you are nominating them.
Nominations close on Friday
20th June 2008
Winners will be announced in the Winter Edition
of the Petanque New Zealand magazine.
