In 1994 Cam Calder and Jorg Schulze produced the first edition of the 'New Zealand Petanque Association Newsletter'. A further 3 editions were published.

 

 

 

From 1995 the newsletter evolved into the Boules Gazette produced and edited by Cam Calder. Eleven editions were published. The final edition was published in March 1998.

 

With the demise of the ‘Boules Gazette’ the NZPA Committee produced 2 editions of The Bouletin.

 

The Boules Gazette was resurrected in for one more edition in March 1999 by Michael Emerson.

 

In June 1999 the first edition of the magazine Petanque New Zealand' was published with Brenda Dykes as editor. Published four times a year, a total of 18 editions were produced. The final edition was published in December 2003.

 

 

 

After a gap of nearly two years Petanque New Zealand' was resurrected in September 2005 with Murray Porter as editor. The magazine is currently produced four times a year.
